Taryn Thomas was (born May 27, 1983 in New Jersey) is an American pornographic actress. Born in New Jersey, she moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area at age 12. Upon turning 18 and thus being of legal age to work as an adult performer, Thomas worked for Lightspeed Media Corporation doing internet photo shoots and softcore pornography, a total of about 20 appearances. In the late months of 2004, Thomas came to Southern California and made the decision to perform in hardcore pornography as a career choice. Her first adult DVD since arriving in California was titled 12 on 1 #2 by Lethal Hardcore and included Thomas performing with Penny Flame, Sandra Romain and Melissa Lauren. She was nominated for the AVN Award for Best New Starlet Award in 2006. She did win the Dirtiest Girl in Porn Award presented by the Fans of Adult Media and Entertainment in June 2006. Thomas has appeared on the Howard Stern Show and participated in the Pornstar Beauty Pageant, competing against Taylor Wane and Carmen Luvana on June 15, 2006. Thomas left the industry to study cosmetology, but in May 2007 she announced her return to the adult film industry. She has since then starred in several different films. In addition to her cosmetology studies, Thomas has also attended real estate school and has a pharmacy technician's license.
